If your system came with an nVidia video card, the driver should also be available on the Resource CD. Be sure to install the Intel chipset driver (Intel INF update utility) from your Resource CD before installing other drivers, especially the video driver. I unfortunately do not have the original disks or any other documentation that came with the system. I inherited this computer from work and I had to install a fresh copy of windows, office, etc. The only markings on the card are the ones I included in the original post and I have to assume that it is the original card. Have you contacted your IT folks at your work to see if they had put in an different video card than the original If it is an original Dell video card, it will have a sticker on it somewhere with the following DPN 0XXXXX where the X could be any letter or number. If you can find this Dell part number, more info can be obtained about it. You can also input your system service tag here and check your system original configuration to determine what Dell put in it. I put my service tag 6MG6981 into the link you so kindly provided and the only thing I could see that mentioned graphics was: 1 M7805 MODULE., CARD (CIRCUIT)., GRAPHICS., 128, X300, CAPACITOR., MEDIA CENTER. Does that mean anything Sorry for being so naive but this is beyond me. Check this KB article for info on downloading and installing the correct video card driver: Steve.
